Who am I?

I’m a technology executive based in Los Angeles. I studied Philosophy at Princeton, got a JD/MBA at UCLA, and worked in management consulting at BCG before getting into the startup world. My entry point was working at a seed fund called Launchpad LA. Then I got the startup bug and started three venture-backed tech startups called Locent, SurgeryOS, and Superconnector. Currently I’m helping Amazon launch a new music app. When I’m not creating new ventures, I try to help improve diversity in tech. You can read about some of those efforts in CNN, TechCrunch, and Twitter.

Why subscribe?

I occasionally mentor and guest lecture business students at UCLA. I started this blog to summarize the ideas about startups I share there. I also use it to share my career and life updates. You can subscribe below to get access to the newsletter.
